		<description>How would NPR be affected if it had to give Bill O&#039;Reilly, Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity equal time for Some Things Considered?  

I suppose that it would just claim that it was fair just by reason of being smarter than everybody else, but I&#039;m sure its donations would shrink pretty quickly if it had to follow the same rules.</description>
