I’ll be attending the inaguaration festivities at my law school this afternoon (funny, I was attending a university in the same system in 2001, but I don’t remember any “festivities” at all on January 20th. I’m sure it’s just my bad memory.) I certainly won’t be rude or disrespectful, but I’m sure not planning to be careful whether or not I make people feel “unwelcome,” either.

Someone needs to start subjecting these people to the law of unintended consequences so they learn their folly.
